By installing or otherwise using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, you may not install or use this software.
All intellectual and other rights to this software are owned by the author of this software.
Evaluation Version
You may give copies of the unregistered SOFTWARE (shareware version) of this software package to anyone, copy it to any media, distribute it by any means, and upload it to shareware sites on the Internet, as long as the original install package remains unmodified.
Registered Version
One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on no more than two computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. Each workstation must have its own license, regardless of whether usage is concurrent or at different times.
You may not modify, disassemble, hack or reverse-engineer any part of this software.

If you encounter errors during your use of the SOFTWARE, please go to our Web site and verify you have the latest product release. Error reports will be processed based upon the criticality of the error as determined by Beteo Software. Beteo Software makes no warranties as to the proper function of user workstations (PCs), user network environments, or any components that may impact the proper function of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.
